๐Ÿ‘‰ By DIY-ing your cleaners, you can significantly cut down on waste by reusing containers and reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles. Plus, you’ll save some cash along the way! ๐Ÿ’ธ

๐ŸŒฑ Homemade cleaners can be made with simple, natural ingredients, making them non-toxic and safer for your family, pets, and the planet. No harsh chemicals, no worries! Hereโ€™s an easy glass and window cleaner that can be made with ingredients you may have in your home already:

GLASS CLEANER
-1 quart warm water
-1/4 cup white vinegar (or 2 tablespoons lemon juice)
Mix ingredients and store in a spray bottle.

๐Ÿ” Remember, traditional household cleaners and disinfectants are considered household hazardous waste and should be disposed of properly at a HHW (Household Hazardous Waste) facility. In San Bernardino County, our Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facilities are managed by the San Bernardino County Fire Department. Visit https://sbcfire.org/collection or call 1.800.OILY.CAT (645.9228) to locate a collection site near you.
