California names Circular Action Alliance its producer responsibility organization | Packaging Dive

The brand-led organization will be the state’s sole PRO, following its selection as Colorado’s PRO and a member of Maryland’s EPR advisory committee. CAA had been working in California to connect with packaging producers.
