What Do the Numbers Mean?

Numbers with Recycling Symbols around them used to indicate what type of Plastic the item is made out of Not all plastics are created equal—and currently those little numbers in the triangle don’t mean something is recyclable. They just tell you what type of plastic it is.
✔️ #1 #2 and #5 bottles, containers, jugs and tubs = usually recyclable
❌ #3–#7 and foam clamshells = not so much
