One way to reduce your food waste is taking stock of what you already have before you head to the store. How may times have you purchased something only to find you already had it, hidden in the back of the fridge? Make sure you move older food products up to the front so you’re more likely to use them before they go bad. Freeze or can extra food and check that your refrigerator temperature is 40 degrees or below to prolong the life of foods.
