JPA Board meetings are held quarterly on the second Thursday of February, May, August and November. Meetings start at 10 a.m. and are located at the Victor Valley materials Recovery Facility (MRF), 17000 Abbey Lane, Victorville.
JPA Technical Committee meetings are also the second Thursday, on months without a Board meeting — January, March, April, June, July, September, October and December.
