MRF

The Victor Valley Materials Recovery Facility (the MRF) is located at 17000 Abbey Lane, Victorville. The MRF is owned by the Town of Apple Valley and City of Victorville, financed and managed by the Mojave Desert and Mountain Recycling Authority, and operated by Burrtec Waste Industries.

The MRF receives and processes material from San Bernardino’s High Desert and Mountain communities, and offers buy-back and drop-off recycling at the Recycle Alley
